Do you charge extra to come to West Des Moines?

My Valley Junction house has two layers of shingles. Can you add a third?
No, and neither can anyone else legally — Iowa's building code caps it at two layers. Both come off, we look at the plank decking underneath, sheet over it if the gaps are too wide for modern shingle nails, and build a proper roof on top. It's the last time that roof gets torn off in your lifetime.
Can you handle a large hip roof with dormers?
Yes. The Glen Oaks and Woodland Hills houses are the most complex roofs in the metro, and they're priced on the number of valleys, dormers and hips, not just the square count. We'll walk it and give you a per-item breakdown.
